Daily Rates

Dec 22 – Dec 31 – $785
All Other Dates  – $685

Reservations: A minimum 7 night rental is required during “in season”, 5 nights during the “value season”. Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments in U.S. funds by check, money order or wire transfer. No credit cards.

Cancellation policy: 60 days or more prior to arrival – refund less 20% (of total rent) administrative fee. Within 60 days of arrival – subject to 100% forfeiture if we are unable to rebook dates.

Air-Conditioning: Rates includes air conditioning in bedrooms.

Damage deposits: Refunded within 45 days of departure provided there are no deductions for damages, missing items, long distance calls.

Hotel tax: There is a government hotel tax of 12.5%.

Check out: Check out is 11 AM.

Maid Service: Mid-week.

Arrival: You’ll be met at the airport or your car rental company and escorted to Villa Papillon. At the villa, there will be a 15 minute orientation of the property, equipment and amenities.
